Use with caution in anaemia, hypertension, cardiovascular disorders, oedema associated with heart failure, liver problems, kidney insufficiency, hypokalemia, hypothyroidism, fibrocystic breasts, male infertility or erectile dysfunction.

Potentially interacts with diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, MAOIs, blood pressure medications, spironolactone, hormonal therapies, laxatives and K+ depleting medications. Please avoid or seek further medical information while using aspirin or other salicylate containing substances, alcohol, barbitutates/sedatives, NSAIDs, anticoagulants, methotrexate, phenytoin, valproate medications. Persons with known hypersensitivity to salicylates may experience a reaction (urticaria, rhinitis, asthma, bronchial spasms).
