Belonging to the rose order of plants, agrimony is one of the prettiest small British herbs. Traditionally used to support digestive health. Loose dried herb supplied. A herbal food supplement.

Usually ready in 2-4 daysUse 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb to one cup of boiling water to make a tasty tea. Infuse for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten with honey or lemon to taste. Drink 3 or 4 times a day (or use as a gargle) unless otherwise told by a medical herbalist. Alternatively add half a teaspoon (2.5 ml) of tincture to a cup of warm water for a quick alternative to tea. The herb can be added as a flavouring to gin, vodka and other infusions.
Maximum of 3g per day may be taken as a powder or capsules.
