Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin),medium chain triglycerides, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulators (citric acid), flavouring (natural peppermint oil).

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use. Adults: use 1 spray daily - 1 spray contains 25ug (1000 IU) vitamin D3.

Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not exceed recommended dosage - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
