Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice Root), Mentha spicata (Spearmint Leaf), Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng), Rosa spp. (Rose Petals). May contain traces of: Celery, tree nuts and cereals containing gluten. Contains liquorice - people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
Infuse 1-2 tsp per mug of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
Do not take if you suffer from Hypertension. Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness.
