Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Eleutherococcus senticosus (Eleuthero / Siberian Ginseng), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha Root), Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus Root), and Cola nitida (Cola nut).
Adults: Take 5ml in a little water followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, as required, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Do not take last thing at night as cola nut contains caffeine which may interfere with sleep. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
