Tinctures of Allium sativum (Garlic), Astragalus membranaceus, Echinacea angustifolia, Salvia officinalis (Sage), Sambucus nigra flores (Elder flowers), Thymus vulgaris. Extraction solvent: Ethanol (beet & grain alcohol).
Take 5ml in a little water, followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Our tinctures and fluid extracts are made using a triple rectification sugar beet alcohol. You can dilute the tincture or fluid extract in hot water from the kettle as this will evaporate most of the alcohol. Allow to cool before taking.
Don't exceed recommended daily dose. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medication, please talk to your healthcare practitioner before taking this supplement. Keep out of the reach and sight of children
