Crataegus laevigata fol & flos (Hawthorn Leaf and Flowers), Tilia europaea (Lime Flowers), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow), Hibiscus sabdariffa (Hibiscus Flowers), Citrus aurantium (Orange Peel), Olea europaea (Olive Leaf). May contain traces of: Celery, tree nuts and cereals containing gluten.
Infuse 1 tsp per pot for 10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare practitioner.
