Contains: Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Arctium lappa (Burdock Root), Trifolium pratense (Red Clover Flowers), Rumex crispus (Yellow Dock Root), and Galium aparine (Cleavers).
Adults: Take 5ml in a little water followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose.If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
