Each vegetarian capsule contains 500mg of Seagreens Ascophyllum nodosum. Organically grown in Scotland. (Each capsule contains 350mcg of chelated iodine and 3 capsules a day may be taken within the World Health Organisation's recommended safe daily limit for iodine of 1100mcg).
Adults: Take one capsule a day with food and a little water (up to 3 capsules may be taken per day). Children aged 4+: Half a capsule per day with food, juice or in a smoothie is recommended.
