Herbal supplement to support your winter health
We have based our herbal food supplement recipes on years of traditional herbal wisdom.
Winter blend is a herbal food supplement designed to support the body and reduce the instance of seasonal ailments occurring during the winter months when taken as directed.
Add 1 tsp (5ml) per cup to a warm drink or take 1 tsp in a little water. Take up to three times a day.
A bottle lasts a long time as this is a concentrated mixture and just a teaspoonful is used at a time.
Elderberry Tincture (Sambucus nigra fructus)
Echinacea Tincture (Echinacea angustifolia radix)
Rose Tincture (Rosa centifolia flos)
Ginger Tincture (Zingiber officinale rhizome)
Strength 1:3 45%
All of our tinctures are made using ethanol. If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off all the alcohol.
Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness.
