Jarropick: Shake before every use. Add 15 to 20 drops (5ml) to a small amount of water and drink. Use before, after or in between meal times. Repeat up to 3 times daily or whenever the need is felt or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose. This herbal blend is alcohol free. Happy Gut: Adults: 1 to 3 capsules per day, with food as required. When starting, take one a day for 3-4 days, then two for 3-4 days, then three to allow time for your gut to adjust.
