DESCRIPTION
Native to the Middle East, Goat's rue promotes lactation even in animals, hence its name.
Traditionally used to support blood sugar levels.
PART SUPPLIED
The loose chopped dried herb.

DIRECTIONS
Infusion: Add half a teaspoon of herb to a cup of cold water, bring to the boil and leave to sit for 5-10 minutes. Flavour with lemon, ginger or honey if desired.
Drink up to 3 times a day unless otherwise told by a medical herbalist.
The herb can be added as a flavouring to gin, vodka and other infusions.
CAUTIONS
Maximum of 6 g per day may be taken as a powder or capsules.
