Dill Seed (Anethum graveolens)

Dill is an annual herb in the celery family Apiaceae. It is the only species in the genus Anethum. Dill is grown widely in Eurasia where its leaves and seeds are used as a herb or spice for flavouring food or made into a herbal tea.
Traditionally used to support digestive health.

Use 1 teaspoon of dried seed to one cup of boiling water to make a tasty tea. Infuse for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten with honey or lemon to taste.
Drink up to 3 a day unless otherwise told by a medical herbalist.
