Napiers ("we", "us" and "Napiers") is committed to ensuring our site is absolutely secure for you to use and takes great care to protect your information.

What information do we hold on you?

What do we do with the information?

Private medical information
Some people contact us via email with enquiries about their health or medical conditions. This information will never be revealed to any other party.
However, you need to be aware that we use third-party providers like Google.com for email and Desk.com for our customer service desk ticketing system, and that information that is stored on their servers is outside our control in the case of an extreme hack or attack on those organisations.

In order to provide our products and services, we may need to pass information on to our agents and sub-contractors or appoint other organisations to carry out some of the processing activities on our behalf, such as mailing houses who, for example, post out catalogues on our behalf.

You have a right to receive a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. We do not currently charge for this service but reserve the right to charge £5 towards the cost of administration if we need to in the future. To obtain a copy of the personal information we hold on you, please email us from the email account that you are registered with us under, and ask for a Personal Data report.
