Napiers Autumn Herbal Tea
A delightful tasting and nourishing tea to bring warmth and comfort as the leaves start to fall. A herbal tea that is particularly popular during the autumn months but can be used all year round.
Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Rosa canina (Rosehip), Hibiscus sabdariffa (Hibiscus Flowers), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow), Arctium lappa (Burdock Root), Pinus sylvestris (Pine Needles), Taraxacum officinale radix (Dandelion Root), Zingiber officinale (Ginger Root), Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon Bark). May contain traces of: Celery, tree nuts and cereals containing gluten.
